Incubate at 37°C.\u003cbr\u003e\nPropagation:\u003cbr\u003e\nCultures can be propagated by centrifugation with subsequent re-suspension in fresh culture medium.\u003cbr\u003e\nEstablish new cultures at 1 x 10\u003cbr\u003e\ncells\/ml and maintain between 1 x 10\u003cbr\u003e\nand 1 x 10\u003cbr\u003e\ncells\/ml.\u003cbr\u003e\nMedium renewal:\u003cbr\u003e\nEvery 2 to 3 days.\u003cbr\u003e\nThawing guidance:\u003cbr\u003e\nFreezing at over -70°C may cause some components of the media supplement (vitamins for example) to precipitate out of solution when thawing.
