The irreversible attachment does not allow the desorption of the antibody, which is a major problem with products in which the antibody is only passively adsorbed to the metal.\u003cbr\u003e\nTo exchange the conjugated antibody into a different buffer specific to your application, centrifuge the conjugate in a microfuge at 9,000 x\u003cbr\u003e\n6 minutes. Carefully remove the supernatant, gently tap the pellet and add your preferred buffer.
