biolegend-687302
Biolegend, 687302, Purified anti-ITK Antibody, 100μg

IL2-inducible T-cell kinase (ITK) is an intracellular tyrosine kinase that is expressed in T cells. It regulates the proliferation, differentiation and development of conventional T cells and NK T cells. This protein has 620 amino acids and contains one PH domain for cell membrane recruitment, one protein kinase domain, and both SH2 and SH3 domains which are commonly found in intracellular kinases. Once T cells are activated, a series of phosphorylation recruits and activates ITK through autophosphorylation. The activated ITK can activate downstream intracellular calcium mobilization and NFAT nucleus translocation, and in turn, activate T cells. The phenotypes of mice deficient in ITK show severely affected immune response and development.
100μg
Verified Reactivity: Human
Antibody Type: Monoclonal
Host Species: Mouse
Immunogen: Partial human ITK recombinant protein (1-200 a.a.) expressed in E. coli.
Formulation: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Preparation: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.
Concentration: 0.5 mg/ml
Storage & Handling: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C.
Application: WB - Quality testedICFC, ICC - Verified
Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 - 2.0 µg per ml. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 5.0 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume. For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 1.0 - 5.0 μg per ml is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Application Notes: NOTE: For flow cytometric staining with this clone, True-Nuclear™ Transcription Factor Buffer Set (Cat.
