PPIases accelerate the folding of proteins. It catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides. PPIB is secreted in biological fluids such as blood or milk and binds to a specific receptor present on the human lymphoblastic cell line Jurkat and on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. The full-length of PPIB has 216aa (24 kDa), and a 33aa-signal peptide could be removed in the matrue form (about 19 kDa).
Specification
Tested Reactivity: human, mouse, rat
Cited Reactivity: human, mouse, rat, monkey
Host / Isotype: Rabbit / IgG
Class: Polyclonal
Type: Antibody
Immunogen: CatNo: Ag2161 Product name: Recombinant human PPIB protein Source: e coli. -derived, PGEX-4T Tag: GST Domain: 1-216 aa of BC032138 Sequence: MLRLSERNMKVLLAAALIAGSVFFLLLPGPSAADEKKKGPKVTVKVYFDLRIGDEDVGRVIFGLFGKTVPKTVDNFVALATGEKGFGYKNSKFHRVIKDFMIQGGDFTRGDGTGGKSIYGERFPDENFKLKHYGPGWVSMANAGKDTNGSQFFITTVKTAWLDGKHVVFGKVLEGMEVVRKVESTKTDSRDKPLKDVIIADCGKIEVEKPFAIAKE Predict reactive species
Full Name: peptidylprolyl isomerase B (cyclophilin B)
Calculated Molecular Weight: 216 aa, 24 kDa
Observed Molecular Weight: 19-24 kDa
GenBank Accession Number: BC032138
Gene Symbol: Cyclophilin B
Gene ID (NCBI): 5479
RRID: AB_2237519
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Form: Liquid
Purification Method: Antigen affinity purification
UNIPROT ID: P23284
Storage Buffer: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3.
Storage Conditions: Store at -20°C.
