ARL4D interacts with the C-terminal pleckstrin homology (PH) and polybasic c domains of cytohesin-2\/ARNO in a GTP-dependent manner. Localization of ARL4D at the plasma membrane is GTP- and N-terminal myristoylation-dependent.
