Siglec-6 consists of 3 extracellular immunoglobulin (Ig) domains and 2 intracellular immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibition motifs (ITIMs), closely resembling the molecular structure of Siglec-3 (CD33) (PMID: 34289026).
