Fits most brands of electroporators. Use for bacterial transformations, eukaryotic transfections, and the electroporation of mammalian cells and yeast. Manufactured to tight tolerances for optimum performance. •Use the 0.1 cm gap width for bacteria (white cap) •Use the 0.2 cm gap size width for yeast (blue cap) •Use the 0.4 cm gap size width for mammalian cells (red cap) •All cuvettes are individually bagged and g-irradiated for sterility. •The material used to manufacture the cuvettes is crystal styrene.
