The reversed phase/anion-exchange mixed mode chemistry is stable from pH 2-10, and has complimentary selectivity to traditional C18 stationary phases, which is desirable when doing methods development. The VanGuard FIT Column format is an all-in-one, guard-column design engineered to reduce dead volume and increase column lifetime.
