The irreversible attachment does not allow the desorption of the antibody, which is a major problem with products in which the antibody is only passively adsorbed to the metal.\u003cbr\u003e\nTo exchange the conjugated antibody into a different buffer specific to your application, centrifuge the conjugate in a microfuge at 21,500 x\u003cbr\u003e\nfor 45 minutes. Carefully remove the supernatant, gently tap the pellet and add the preferred buffer.
