biolegend-153405
Biolegend, 153405, APC anti-mouse CD125 (IL-5Rα) Antibody, 25μg

CD125 is a 60 kD type I transmembrane protein. It is the ligand-specific α subunit of the heterodimeric interleukin 5 (IL-5) receptor. The signal-transducing β subunit of this receptor does not bind to any cytokines and is shared by the receptors for IL-3 and CSF2/GM-CSF. IL-5 is mainly produced by Th2 cells and elevated IL-5 levels are associated with allergic disorders. CD125 has also been found to interact with syndecan binding protein (SDCBP or syntenin), leading to the activation of the transcription factor SOX4. The mouse CD125 is expressed on eosinophils, basophils, and B cells.
25μg
Verified Reactivity: Mouse
Antibody Type: Monoclonal
Host Species: Rat
Immunogen: Murine IL-5Ralpha-hFcgamma1 fusion protein
Formulation: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Preparation: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and conjugated with APC under optimal conditions.
Concentration: 0.2 mg/ml
Storage & Handling: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C, and protected from prolonged exposure to light.
