TDP1 is involed in protecting cells against oxidative DNA damage, and with the impaired ability of TDP1-deficient cells to remove 3-phosphoglycolate (PMID:21041670). Defects in TDP1 are the cause of spinocerebellar ataxia autosomal recessive with axonal neuropathy (SCAN1)(PMID:17948061).
Specification
Tested Reactivity: human
Cited Reactivity: human
Host / Isotype: Rabbit / IgG
Class: Polyclonal
Type: Antibody
Immunogen: CatNo: Ag0964 Product name: Recombinant human TDP1 protein Source: e coli. -derived, PGEX-4T Tag: GST Domain: 1-298 aa of BC006083 Sequence: MSQEGDYGRWTISSSDESEEEKPKPDKPSTSSLLCARQGAANEPRYTCSEAQKAAHKRKISPVKFSNTDSVLPPKRQKSGSQEDLGWCLSSSDDELQPEMPQKQAEKVVIKKEKDISAPNDGTAQRTENHGAPACHRLKEEEDEYETSGEGQDIWDMLDKGNPFQFYLTRVSGVKPKYNSGALHIKDILSPLFGTLVSSAQFNYCFDVDWLVKQYPPEFRKKPILLVHGDKREAKAHLHAQAKPYENISLCQAKLDIAFGTHHTKMMLLLYEEGLRVVIHTSNLIHADWHQKTQGTHL Predict reactive species
Full Name: tyrosyl-DNA phosphodiesterase 1
Calculated Molecular Weight: 34 kDa, 68 kDa
Observed Molecular Weight: 68 kDa
GenBank Accession Number: BC006083
Gene Symbol: TDP1
Gene ID (NCBI): 55775
RRID: AB_2240520
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Form: Liquid
Purification Method: Antigen affinity purification
UNIPROT ID: Q9NUW8
Storage Buffer: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3.
Storage Conditions: Store at -20°C.
