Defects in FOXC1 are the cause of Axenfeld-Rieger syndrome type 3 (RIEG3). Defects in FOXC1 are the cause of iridogoniodysgenesis anomaly (IGDA). Defects in FOXC1 are a cause of Peters anomaly. This antibody is specific to FOXC1.
