CTAGE5 is a tumor-associated antigen and is overexpressed in various cancer cell lines. CTAGE5  consists  of  a  signal  anchor  motif,  a  single transmembrane domain,  two  coiled-coil  motifs, and  a  proline-rich domain (PRD) from the N-terminus.
