Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography. The antibody was conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, and unreacted FITC was removed. Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Recommended Assay Procedures: Recommended Assay Procedures An isotype control should be used at the same concentration as the antibody of interest (e.g., ≤ 1 µg/million cells for flow cytometry). We recommend FITC-conjugated mouse IgG1 κ mAb MOPC-21 (Cat. No. 555748) for immunofluorescent staining of human whole blood, mAb MOPC-21 (Cat. No. 555909) for cytoplasmic staining of human cells, and mAb MOPC-21 (Cat. No. 554679) for intracellular cytokine flow cytometry, and mAb MOPC-21 (Cat. No. 556649) for non-human primate cells.
