Recommended Assay Procedures: Recommended Assay Procedures This antibody conjugate is suitable for intracellular staining of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (using BD Cytofix™ Fixation Buffer or BD Phosflow™ Fix Buffer I).  Any of the three BD Phosflow™ permeabilization buffers may be used.
