Performance

To ensure accuracy, the ipsogen MPL W515L/K Muta Screen Kit has been optimized to detect the MPL W515L and W515K mutations and uses DNA positive and negative controls for qualitative analysis (see figure " Representative allelic discrimination "). The ipsogen MPL W515L/K Muta Screen Kit provides DNA cut-off samples (COS) corresponding to 1.5% of MPL W515K and 1.5% of MPL W515L, ensuring accurate qualitative analysis.

Principle

The ipsogen MPL W515L/K Muta Screen Kit is a ready-to-use kit for the detection and qualitative analysis of the MPL W515L and W515K mutations independently in human genomic DNA (see figure " MPL mutations "). The kit provides reliable and reproducible results. The ipsogen MPL W515L/K Muta Screen Kit provides DNA cut-off samples (COS) for MPL W515L and MPL W515K mutations, DNA positive controls (PC), and a negative control (NC) for MPL W515L and MPL W515K. Use of the cut-off samples and controls enables accurate qualitative analysis of genotyping results.
