Description: Description γ 1 (IgG 1 ), clone X40, is derived from hybridization of mouse Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with KLH and is composed of mouse IgG 1 heavy chains and kappa light chains. The F(ab') 2 antibody is derived from pooled normal goat sera. It is provided as F(ab') 2 fragments. γ 1 (IgG 1 ) antibody is specific for keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH), an antigen not expressed on human cells or human cell lines.
Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage The Simultest reagent is supplied as a combination of F(ab’) 2 FITC and γ 1 PE in 1.0 mL of phosphate-buffered saline containing gelatin and 0.1% sodium azide. The vial should be stored at 2° to 8°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Conjugated forms should not be frozen. Each Simultest reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label when stored as directed.
