Description: Description The CD14 antibody, clone MφP9, is derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with peripheral blood monocytes from a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. The CD64 antibody, clone MD22, is derived from fusion of P3X63Ag8 myeloma cells with splenocytes from BALB/c nu/nu mice immunized with FcγRI. The CD14 antibody recognizes a human monocyte/macrophage antigen, with a molecular weight of 55 kilodaltons (kDa). The CD64 antibody recognizes the 72-kDa human FcγRI glycoprotein that can bind monomeric IgG.
