Recommended Assay Procedures: Recommended Assay Procedures Western Blot : Purified NA/LE Rat Anti-Mouse IL-2 has been reported to be useful for Western blotting.  A concentration of 1-5 µg/mL (in conjunction with an AKP-conjugated goat anti-rat Ig secondary antibody) has been reported to enable detection of  ≤ 100 ng/lane of recombinant mouse IL-2 (Cat. No. 550069) under reducing conditions.
