How to combine For flow rates up to 175 L/h: Combine ÄKTA ready™ gradient low flow section with the ÄKTA ready™ low flow kit . For flow rates up to 510 L/h: Combine ÄKTA ready™ gradient high flow section with ÄKTA ready™ high flow kit . For flow rates up to 1900 L/h: Combine ÄKTA ready™ XL ¾" gradient section with ÄKTA ready™ XL flow kit, ¾" . For flow rates up to 3500 L/h: Combine ÄKTA ready™ XL 1" gradient section with ÄKTA ready™ XL flow kit, 1" . Gradient flow sections consist of pump tubing connected to an extension tube and are easily assembled with the flow kits to make the gradient flow path. Part of the ReadyToProcess™ platform Our ReadyToProcess™ platform consists of ready-to-use solutions for entire manufacturing processes. Single-use flow paths are disposed of after a purification step is complete. ReadyToProcess™ columns can be reused for more batches within the same purification campaign. With the ReadyToProcess™ platform, you can considerably speed up processes and save time due to fewer operations. There is no need to establish and validate cleaning procedures, and no complex setup. Robust and hygienic design ÄKTA ready™ and ÄKTA ready™ XL systems are resistant to chemical agents used in protein recovery, including buffer solutions for adsorption, elution and washing, and regeneration and cleaning solutions. All material is of proven quality, and the entire flow paths are disposable. All wetted materials are fully biocompatible (USP class VI), and of animal-free origin or compliant with EMEA/410/01. The materials used are traceable back to their production batches. The flow paths are produced under controlled conditions and packed in a cleanroom environment (class ISO 7) using validated protocols.
