After the derivatization reaction, the fluorescent derivatives are analyzed using several analytical methods like NMR, IR, UV-vis, and fluorescence microscopy. Dansyl Chloride is a typical aromatic sulphonyl chloride that reacts with various bases, resulting in derivatives with variable stability.
