Performance

To ensure accuracy, the ipsogen NPM1 Muta Screen Kit has been optimized to detect total NPM1 (wild-type and mutated), mutated NPM1, NPM1 mutations A, B, and D separately and uses DNA positive and negative controls for qualitative analysis (see figure " Reliable detection of wild-type and mutated NPM1 ").

Principle

The ipsogen NPM1 Muta Screen Kit is a ready-to-use kit for the detection and qualitative analysis of the mutational status of the NPM1 gene in genomic DNA (see figure " NPM1 alleles "). The kit provides reliable and reproducible results and enables detection and identification of NPM1 type A, B, and D mutations.
