XBridge Protein BEH SEC, 450 Å Guard Column, containing 2.5um particles are based on the same Waters Ethylene Bridged Hybrid (BEH)-based particle technology and diol-bonded surface coating as used in our successful line of HPLC-based SEC columns.   They are best suited to separate proteins ranging from 100,000 – 1,500,000 Daltons.  Note: This item in shipped with one vial the BEC450 SEC Protein Std  at no additional cost (PN 186006842).
