Product Description

ACQUITY BEH HILIC columns contain unbonded BEH substrate and are designed to retain and separate very polar compounds. These unique columns are optimized and tested to produce efficient, reproducible separations under HPLC HILIC conditions. More rugged than silica based HILIC phases, the BEH particle’s chemical stability results in long column lifetimes.

Additional Information
ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC Column, 130Å, 1.7 µm, 3 mm X 150 mm, 1/pk Unbonded BEH substrate is used in ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC columns, which are designed to retain and separate extremely polar chemicals. Under HPLC HILIC settings, these one-of-a-kind columns have been designed and tested to achieve efficient, repeatable separations. The BEH particle's chemical stability makes it more durable than silica-based HILIC phases, resulting in longer column lifetimes. Hydrophilic-Interaction Chromatography (HILIC), a supplementary chromatographic technology that can successfully improve the retention of very polar species, is used in the ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC Column. In addition, it has an orthogonal separation mode for polar and ionizable chemical mixtures. This is performed by eluting analytes in decreasing order of hydrophilicity using a polar stationary phase and an acetonitrile-rich, low-aqueous mobile phase. Use the ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC Column to reach unparalleled levels of efficiency, peak symmetry, and chemical stability. For extremely polar analytes, the analytical column provides very low and high pH stability. The ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC Column allows the user to take advantage of a wide pH range in the mobile phase (1-9). Furthermore, for greater analysis, the analytical column has an operating pressure of up to 18,000 psi (1240 bar). Highly polar chemicals are retained and separated using ACQUITY BEH HILIC columns, which have an unbonded BEH substrate. Under HPLC HILIC settings, these one-of-a-kind columns have been designed and proven to offer efficient, consistent separations. The BEH particle's chemical stability makes it more durable than silica-based HILIC phases, resulting in longer column lifetimes. Under HPLC HILIC settings, the one-of-a-kind ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC Column has been designed and proven to achieve efficient, reliable separations. The lab equipment, which is designed to retain and separate extremely polar molecules, uses unbonded BEH substrates. Long column lifetimes are achieved by combining silica-based HILIC phases with the chemical stability of BEH particles. To impact ionizable chemical retention, selectivity, and sensitivity, use the ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC Column. The packing materials in the ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC Column were developed expressly for use with the ACQUITY UPLC System, resulting in outstanding performance. You may also be interested in ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC VanGuard Pre-column, 130Å, 1.7 µm, 2.1 mm X 5 mm, 3/pk; ACQUITY BEH HILIC columns contain unbonded BEH substrate and are designed to retain and separate very polar compounds. The VanGuard pre-column connects directly to the inlet of the ACQUITY UPLC column, which minimizes extra column volumes and reduces leaking by eliminating additional connections.
