The antibody should ideally be in a volume of 100 - 500 μL. Up to 500 μg of antibody can be purified in each run.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe method involves capture of the antibody on Protein A Resin and removal of unwanted substances by a simple wash procedure, using a standard microfuge. The purified antibody is then eluted and neutralized.\u003cbr\u003e\nAntibodies purified using the Antibody Purification Kit - Nanoparticles are fully compatible with our nanoparticle conjugation kits (Gold, Latex, Europium and Magnetic).
