The family includes Neurexin-1, -2, and -3 (NRXN1, NRXN2, and NRXN3). Each member of the Neurexin family undergoes alternative splicing, resulting in α- and β-forms of Neurexin. α-neurexins contain six laminin\/neurexin\/sex (LNS)-hormone-binding globulin domains. β-neurexins are transcribed from an internal promoter of their respective genes. They are composed of an N-terminal β-neurexin-specific sequence that splices into the α-neurexin sequence LNS6 domain N-terminal, generating what is effectively an N-terminally truncated α-neurexin with a short N-terminal β-neurexin motif. γ-neurexins are only transcribed from the gene and splice into the α and 1β sequence of what encodes the LNS6 domain C-terminal (3).\n\u003cb\u003eAlternate Names\u003c\/b\u003e\nC14orf60; KIAA0743; MGC176711; neurexin 3; neurexin III; Neurexin III-alpha; neurexin III-beta; Neurexin-3; Neurexin-3-alpha; neurexin-3-beta; NRX3A; NRXN3\n\n\u003cb\u003eSpecification\u003c\/b\u003e\n\nREACTIVITY: H M R\nSENSITIVITY: Endogenous\nMW (kDa): 180\nSource\/Isotype: Rabbit IgG","brand":"CST","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46799581413545,"sku":"48004T","price":0.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"url":"https:\/\/iright.com\/products\/cst-48004t","provider":"Iright","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
