After counterstaining, rinse the slide with water. 2. Place the slide at an angle on a few paper towels to allow excess fluid to run off the slide. 3. Place the slide on a flat surface and pipette or add a few drops of SignalStain ® Mounting Prep Solution onto the tissue, covering it completely. 4. Allow the slide to soak. Generally, 5 minutes is sufficient to yield an optimal signal intensity. 5. Place the slide at an angle on a few paper towels to drain off the excess fluid from the slide. 6. Let the solution dry completely for a minimum of 20 minutes, or longer if needed. The slide must be completely dry before proceeding. No further washing is necessary. 7. Mount coverslips on the slide using any mounting method.\n\u003cb\u003eStorage\u003c\/b\u003e\nStore at room temperature.
