CD93\/C1qR expression is primarily restricted to endothelial cells associated with normal and tumor-associated vasculature as well as immune cells of the myeloid lineage, including monocytes and neutrophils (1). The extracellular domain of CD93\/C1qR is rich in O-linked glycosylation modifications, which stabilizes its surface expression by protecting it from proteolytic cleavage (2,3). CD93\/C1qR regulates various aspects of endothelial cell biology, including proliferation, migration, and adhesion (4). Indeed, research studies have demonstrated that surface-expressed CD93\/C1qR binds to an endothelial-specific extracellular matrix ligand, multimerin-2, and disrupting the interaction compromises angiogenesis (5). Furthermore, CD93 expression is upregulated in tumor vasculature and correlates with poor survival (6-8).\n\u003cb\u003eAlternate Names\u003c\/b\u003e\nC1q receptor 1; C1q\/MBL\/SPA receptor; C1qR; C1qR(p); C1QR1; C1qRp; CD93; CD93 antigen; CD93 molecule; CDw93; Complement component 1 q subcomponent receptor 1; complement component 1, q subcomponent, receptor 1; Complement component C1q receptor; dJ737E23.1; ECSM3; Matrix-remodeling-associated protein 4; matrix-remodelling associated 4; MXRA4\n\n\u003cb\u003eSpecification\u003c\/b\u003e\n\nREACTIVITY: H\nSENSITIVITY: Endogenous\nMW (kDa): 120, 82\nSource\/Isotype: Rabbit IgG","brand":"CST","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46799814656169,"sku":"55011S","price":0.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"url":"https:\/\/iright.com\/products\/cst-55011s","provider":"Iright","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
