The OX40 protein contains four cysteine rich domains, a transmembrane domain, and a cytoplasmic tail containing a QEE motif (1,2). OX40 is primarily expressed on activated CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells, while the OX40 ligand (OX40L, TNFSF4, CD252) is predominantly expressed on activated antigen presenting cells (3-7). The engagement of OX40 with OX40L leads to the recruitment of TNF receptor-associated factors (TRAFs) and results in the formation of a TCR-independent signaling complex. One component of this complex, PKCθ, activates the NF-κB pathway (2,8). OX40 signaling through Akt can also enhance TCR signaling directly (9). Research studies indicate that the OX40L-OX40 pathway is associated with inflammation and autoimmune diseases (10). Additional research studies show that OX40 agonists augment anti-tumor immunity in several cancer types (11,12).\n\u003cb\u003eAlternate Names\u003c\/b\u003e\nACT35; ACT35 antigen; ATC35 antigen; CD134; CD134 antigen; IMD16; lymphoid activation antigene ACT35; OX40; OX40 antigen; OX40 cell surface antigen; OX40 homologue; OX40L receptor; TAX transcriptionally-activated glycoprotein 1 receptor; tax-transcriptionally activated glycoprotein 1 receptor; TNF receptor superfamily member 4; TNFRSF4; TNR4; Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 4; tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, member 4; TXGP1L\n\n\u003cb\u003eSpecification\u003c\/b\u003e\n\nREACTIVITY: H M R\nSENSITIVITY: Endogenous\nMW (kDa): 35-50\nSource\/Isotype: Rabbit IgG","brand":"CST","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46801024581801,"sku":"61637T","price":0.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"url":"https:\/\/iright.com\/products\/cst-61637t","provider":"Iright","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
