CD31 is phosphorylated on Tyr686 at the cytoplasmic carboxy-terminal tail upon various stimuli (e.g. mechanical or oxidative stress), presumably by Src family members (2). The tyrosine phosphorylation mediates associations with a number of SH2 domain-containing binding partners such as PI3 kinase, SHIP, PLCγ, and SHP-2. Thus, CD31 serves as a scaffold for various signaling molecules (3).\n\u003cb\u003eAlternate Names\u003c\/b\u003e\nadhesion molecule; CD31; CD31 antigen; CD31\/EndoCAM; EndoCAM; FLJ58394; GPIIA'; PECA1; PECAM-1; PECAM-1, CD31\/EndoCAM; PECAM1; platelet and endothelial cell adhesion molecule 1; Platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule; platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1; platelet\/endothelial cell adhesion molecule\n\n\u003cb\u003eSpecification\u003c\/b\u003e\n\nREACTIVITY: H","brand":"CST","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46800656957609,"sku":"73679V2","price":0.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"url":"https:\/\/iright.com\/products\/cst-73679v2","provider":"Iright","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
