Description

Full automation The UniFlux ™ series is a line of tangential flow filtration systems that utilizes UNICORN ™ control software for full automation with data logging capabilities of the entire cross flow process. UNICORN ™ is suitable for use in a regulated environment in a manner complying with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. The user interface is familiar to many operators aware of Cytiva chromatography systems, from bench-top ÄKTA ™ systems to production-scale ÄKTAprocess ™ . Suitable for MF and UF applications UniFlux tangential flow filtration systems incorporate cross flow filters such as hollow fiber filter cartridges and filter cassettes, and high performance hardware in a single system. The systems are highly suitable for microfiltration applications such as cell clarification/harvesting, or cassettes for ultrafiltration applications, such as protein concentration and diafiltration in downstream unit operations.
