PPIL2 is also a target of the JAK2\/STAT5 pathway and upregulated in patients with MPNs (PMID: 36092721, 25992900). PPIL2 is a large ~60 kDa (520 amino acids) protein that has a central cyclophilin-like domain and also has an N-terminal U-box domain that exhibits E3 ligase activity.
