HIG2 is can be induced by hypoxia and glucose deprivation. It is expressed under low-oxygen conditions, which are common in the tumor microenvironment, and has been identified as a target gene of hypoxia-inducible factor-1 (HIF-1). HIG2 is implicated in the development and progression of various types of cancer, including renal cell carcinoma(PMID: 15930302), cell lymphoma(PMID: 26757780), epithelial ovarian cancer(PMID: 20134266), and uterine cancer(PMID: 21614900). Its expression is often elevated in these cancers and is associated with poor prognosis.
Specification
Tested Reactivity: human
Host / Isotype: Rabbit / IgG
Class: Polyclonal
Type: Antibody
Immunogen: CatNo: Ag7829 Product name: Recombinant human C7orf68 protein Source: e coli. -derived, PGEX-4T Tag: GST Domain: 1-63 aa of BC001863 Sequence: MKHVLNLYLLGVVLTLLSIFVRVMESLEGLLESPSPGTSWTTRSQLANTEPTKGLPDHPSRSM Predict reactive species
Full Name: chromosome 7 open reading frame 68
Calculated Molecular Weight: 7 kDa
Observed Molecular Weight: 7-10 kDa
GenBank Accession Number: BC001863
Gene Symbol: C7orf68
Gene ID (NCBI): 29923
RRID: AB_3669213
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Form: Liquid
Purification Method: Antigen affinity purification
UNIPROT ID: Q9Y5L2
Storage Buffer: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3.
Storage Conditions: Store at -20°C.
