It plays a crucial role in the regulation of thymocyte development (PMID:26195727), and it also regulates T-cell stability and function by recruiting the serine-threonine phosphatase catalytic subunit (PPP2CA) to the lysosome, thereby facilitating the interaction of PP2Ac with the mTORC1 component RPTOR and restricting glycolytic metabolism (PMID:30115741). TRAF3IP3 responses to viral infection, facilitates the recruitment of TRAF3 to MAVS within mitochondria leading to IRF3 activation and interferon production (PMID:31390091). TRAF3IP3 has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing with the molecular weight of 64 kDa, 47 kDa and 41 kDa.\n\u003cb\u003eSpecification\u003c\/b\u003e\nTested Reactivity: human, mouse\nCited Reactivity: human\nHost \/ Isotype: Rabbit \/ IgG\nClass: Polyclonal\nType: Antibody\nImmunogen: CatNo: Ag12559 Product name: Recombinant human TRAF3IP3 protein Source: e coli. -derived, PGEX-4T Tag: GST Domain: 1-353 aa of BC110302 Sequence: MISPDPRPSPGLARWAESYEAKCERRQEIRESRRCRPNVTTCRQVGKTLRIQQREQLQRARLQQFFRRRNLELEEKGKAQHPQAREQGPSRRPGQVTVLKEPLSCARRISSPREQVTGTSSEVFPAQHPPPSGICRDLSDHLSSQAGGLPPQDTPIKKPPKHHRGTQTKAEGPTIKNDASQQTNYGVAVLDKEIIQLSDYLKEALQRELVLKQKMVILQDLLSTLIQASDSSWKGQLNEDKLKGKLRSLENQLYTCTQKYSPWGMKKVLLEMEDQKNSYEQKAKESLQKVLEEKMNAEQQLQSTQRSLALAEQKCEEWRSQYEALKEDWRTLGTQHRELESQLHVLQSKLQIN Predict reactive species\nFull Name: TRAF3 interacting protein 3\nCalculated Molecular Weight: 353aa,41 kDa; 551aa,64 kDa\nObserved Molecular Weight: 64 kDa, 47 kDa, 41 kDa\nGenBank Accession Number: BC110302\nGene Symbol: TRAF3IP3\nGene ID (NCBI): 80342\nRRID: AB_2918057\nConjugate: Unconjugated\nForm: Liquid\nPurification Method: Antigen affinity purification\nUNIPROT ID: Q9Y228\nStorage Buffer: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3.\nStorage Conditions: Store at -20°C.
