AAT is a glycoprotein synthesized primarily by hepatocytes, with smaller amountssynthesized by intestinal epithelial cells, neutrophils, pulmonary alveolar cells and macrophages. AAT is the most abundant, endogenous serine protease inhibitor in blood circulation and it has been implicated in regulating vital fluid phase biological events such as blood coagulation, fibrinolysis, complement activation, apoptosis, reproduction, tumor progression and inflammatory response. The primary function of AAT is thought to be the inactivation of neutrophil elastase and other endogenous serine proteases. Defects in SERPINA1 can cause emphysema or liver disease.\n\u003cb\u003eSpecification\u003c\/b\u003e\nTested Reactivity: human, mouse, rat, pig\nCited Reactivity: human, rat\nHost \/ Isotype: Mouse \/ IgG1\nClass: Monoclonal\nType: Antibody\nImmunogen: CatNo: Ag9516 Product name: Recombinant human Alpha-1-Antitrypsin protein Source: e coli. -derived, PET28a Tag: 6*His Domain: 28-418 aa of BC015642 Sequence: QGDAAQKTDTSHHDQDHPTFNKITPNLAEFAFSLYRQLAHQSNSTNIFFSPVSIATAFAMLSLGTKADTHDEILEGLNFNLTEIPEAQIHEGFQELLRTLNQPDSQLQLTTGNGLFLSEGLKLVDKFLEDVKKLYHSEAFTVNFGDTEEAKKQINDYVEKGTQGKIVDLVKELDRDTVFALVNYIFFKGKWERPFEVKDTEEEDFHVDQATTVKVPMMKRLGMFNIQHCKKLSSWVLLMKYLGNATAIFFLPDEGKLQHLENELTHDIITKFLENEDRRSASLHLPKLSITGTYDLKSVLGQLGITKVFSNGADLSGVTEEAPLKLSKAVHKAVLTIDEKGTEAAGAMFLEAIPMSIPPEVKFNKPFVFLMIEQNTKSPLFMGKVVNPTQK Predict reactive species\nFull Name: serpin peptidase inhibitor, clade A (alpha-1 antiproteinase, antitrypsin), member 1\nCalculated Molecular Weight: 418 aa, 47 kDa\nObserved Molecular Weight: 51 kDa\nGenBank Accession Number: BC015642\nGene Symbol: Alpha 1-Antitrypsin\nGene ID (NCBI): 5265\nRRID: AB_2881534\nConjugate: Unconjugated\nForm: Liquid\nPurification Method: Protein G purification\nUNIPROT ID: P01009\nStorage Buffer: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3.\nStorage Conditions: Store at -20°C.
