Application Note

Nunc™ EasYFlask™ T25 flasks provide 25 cm² of Nunclon™ Delta-treated growth surface for adherent cell culture. This configuration uses a filter cap for continuous gas exchange and is supplied sterile for routine use in humidified incubators. The wide, angled neck provides convenient pipette and scraper access, while the compact low-profile design supports efficient use of incubator and storage space. The clear polystyrene body and flat growth surface allow easy microscopic observation of cell attachment, morphology, and confluence. The vessels are gamma sterilized and nonpyrogenic. A typical T25 culture uses approximately 7 mL of medium, although the working volume should be selected for the cell line and culture conditions. This case contains 200 flasks and is suitable for parallel small-scale cultures, clone expansion, routine cell maintenance, transfection, and other adherent-cell workflows.
