Answer:This version uses a filter cap for continuous gas exchange.
Answer:The case contains 100 sterile flasks.
Nunc™ EasYFlask™ T75 flasks provide 75 cm² of Nunclon™ Delta-treated growth surface for adherent cell culture. This configuration uses a filter cap that supports continuous sterile gas exchange while helping limit direct environmental exposure. The wide, angled neck and ergonomic flask shape improve pipette access to the culture surface, while the low-profile design supports efficient use of incubator space. Volume graduations assist with routine media handling, and the clear polystyrene body enables visual inspection under a microscope. The vessels are gamma sterilized and nonpyrogenic. A typical working volume for the T75 format is about 25 mL, although culture volume should be adjusted for the cell type and gas-exchange requirements. This case contains 100 flasks. The design is suitable for routine maintenance, expansion, transfection, and assay-preparation workflows using adherent mammalian cells.
