Array Card Calibration Install Kit This kit is used to maintain your ViiA™ 7 System with TaqMan™ Array Card Block. It includes reagents to perform a spectral calibration with FAM™, VIC™, and ROX™ dyes, region-of-interest (ROI) and normalization calibration, and to run an RNase P verification card. Calibration and verification should be run at least every six months. Please see your instrument maintenance guide for full instructions on use.
The dye formulations for your ViiA™ 7 System will improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing fluorescent spectra found in your real-time PCR experiments.
