Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage The monoclonal antibody is supplied as 10 µg purified immunoglobulin in 2.0 mL (5 µg/mL) of PBS. The FITC conjugate is supplied as 20 µg in 2.0 mL (10 µg/mL) of PBS. The PE conjugate is supplied as 3 µg in 1.0 mL (3 µg/mL) of PBS. The PE-Cy7 conjugate is supplied as 6.25 µg in 0.5 mL (12.5 µg/mL) of PBS. The APC conjugate is supplied as 6 µg in 0.5 mL (12 µg/mL) of PBS. PBS contains gelatin and 0.1% sodium azide.
