Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography. Store undiluted at 4°C.
Recommended Assay Procedures: Recommended Assay Procedures ELISA Capture : The purified 10F7 antibody is useful as a capture antibody for a sandwich ELISA for measuring human MCP-1 protein levels. The purified 10F7 antibody can be paired with the biotinylated anti-human MCP-1 monoclonal antibody 5D3-F7 (Cat. No. 554664) as the detection antibody with recombinant human MCP-1 (Cat. No. 554620) as the standard. Purified 10F7 antibody should be titrated 2-6 µg/ml to determine the optimal concentration for ELISA capture. To obtain linear standard curves, doubling dilutions of human MCP-1 ranging from ~5000 to 15 pg/ml are recommended for inclusion in each ELISA plate.
