Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography. Avoid multiple freeze-thaws of product. The fusion protein solution should be stored at -20˚C until the vial is opened. After opening, undiluted aliquots should be stored at -20˚C or below. Thawed aliquots may be stored up to two months at 4˚C.
