Overview
Use iTaq Universal SYBR Green Supermix with blended ROX and fluorescein passive reference dyes for dye-based quantitative PCR (qPCR).
• Ready-to-use mix optimized for dye-based qPCR on any real-time PCR instrument
• Contains both ROX and fluorescein dyes for universal real-time instrument compatibility (ROX-independent and ROX-dependent systems)
• Amplify genomic DNA and difficult amplicons
• Antibody-mediated hot-start iTaq DNA polymerase for rapid activation (30 sec)
