The Allegro™ Ready transfer sets are used for interconnection of different unit operations in biotech operations and are part of Cytiva’s Allegro™ Ready range of single-use systems designed to accelerate implementation and reduce costly delays. As standard designs, they are manufactured using preferred components from our advanced central management system (ACMS) data management system, enabling us to select from a vast pool of qualified and stocked components.

The easy-to-use Kleenpak™ Presto sterile genderless connectors are integrated into standard transfer sets. The Kleenpak™ Presto sterile connector allows device traceability, as each device has its own serial number. The manufacturing process of Kleenpak™ Presto sterile connectors is quality assured with the use of an automatic vision system that limits defects in the membrane and membrane welding. The disposable Kleenpak™ HT sterile connector allows for the dry connection of two separate fluid pathways, while maintaining the sterile integrity of both. The connector consists of a male and a female connector, each covered by a vented peel-away strip that protects the port and maintains the sterility of the fluid pathway. The Kleenpak™ sterile disconnector provides an easy-to-use, secure method for the sterile disconnection of flexible tubing assemblies, including in an uncontrolled environment. It can also be used in processes involving single-use systems as well as hybrid systems. The disconnector maintains sterility of the fluid path before and after disconnection. The disconnector consists of a joined male and female unit, to fit tubing with 13 mm (½ in.) internal diameter (ID).
