Fed-batch applications This HyClone™ cell culture supplement has been developed for recombinant protein production with various cell lines including Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell line, human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293, NS0, and hybridoma cells. General culture recommendations Recommended supplementation range is between 20 to 200 mL/L during mid to late growth phase. It is anticipated that this will be day 3 to 4 of the culture. It is suggested that L-glutamine is monitored separately in those cultures where it is present in the culture medium and supplemented as needed.
