Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage Store undiluted at 4°C. The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography. The antibody was conjugated with biotin under optimum conditions, and unreacted biotin was removed.
Recommended Assay Procedures: Recommended Assay Procedures CD138 is expressed at low density on cells in the normal bone marrow; therefore, we recommend the use of "bright" second-step reagent, such as Streptavidin-PE (Cat. No. 554061). Other reported applications include immunofluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemical staining of frozen sections.
