Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage Store undiluted at 4°C. The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography.
Recommended Assay Procedures: Recommended Assay Procedures C48-6 is useful as a standard in ELISA or as an isotype-matched negative control for immunostaining.  Other reported applications include immunohistochemical staining (IHC) of acetone-fixed frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections.  For IHC, we recommend the use of purified C48-6 mAb in our special formulation for immunohistochemistry, Cat. no. 550340.
