This AccQTag Ultra Cell Culture Tecan Script Starter kit has been designed for use with Tecan automation platform enabling high-throughput sample preparation for amino acid analysis (AAA) with minimal user intervention. This protocol is validated using amino acid cell culture standard and media. The AccQTag Ultra Cell Culture Tecan Script Starter Kit contains the addition of a USB that contains the script developed during verification testing when using a Tecan® Freedom EVO® 100/4 as well as amino acid standards, AccQTag Ultra derivatization automation kit, column and mobile phases.
