The OligoWorks SPE Macroplate Kit is designed for oligonucleotide bioanalysis. The kit contains one OligoWorks SPE Macroplate (96 deepwell filter plate - 2 mL well volume,) with 30 mg of OligoWorks WAX sorbent/well, along with a RapiZyme Proteinase K Digestion Module, OligoWorks SPE Eluent, and a streamlined, automation friendly sample pretreatment and SPE protocol, for high oligonucleotide recoveries and enhanced LC-MS performance and productivity.  The OligoWorks SPE WAX sorbent is a polymeric reversed-phase, weak anion exchange mixed-mode sorbent that is oligonucleotide tested and batch-selected for optimal oligonucleotide recovery.
