Overview
Use Pulsed Field Certified Agarose for separation of large DNA fragments in pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and other applications.
• Suitable for PFGE applications
• Optimal separation range of 1 kb–2 Mb
• Guaranteed to be free of DNA binders, inhibitors, DNases, and RNases
• Very low gel background staining
Gels cast with Pulsed Field Certified Agarose have longer PFGE run times than Certified Megabase Agarose ; however, running conditions for this agarose are a preset selectable method for the CHEF Mapper XA System .
