Use Single-Component TMB Peroxidase EIA Substrate for horseradish peroxidase immunoassays. This substrate develops a deep blue color in the presence of peroxidase-labeled conjugate.
• One-bottle stabilized chromogenic substrate with long term-stability and lower sensitivity
• Contains both 3,3’,5,5’ tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) and hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 )
• Detection wavelength 450 nm
• Does not contain DMF or DMSO
• Not suitable for use with assays requiring a precipitating substrate
